Welcome back to the High Level Wife Podcast. I'm Chelsea Holm, your host, and we do Marriage God's Way here. And today I am just basking in the awesomeness of God, his power, his ability to transform and heal, to restore, to reconcile. And that if you think high-level wife is successful as it is in getting the transformations that it's getting in marriages across the board, that it's because I'm some fantastic coach or I've just got the inside track or the right system or design, please stop. Okay. It's God. It's the Lord. All I do is I simply have created what he told me to create, what he positioned me and anointed me for. It's his message, not mine. It's his design, not mine. And it's through my submission to him speaking through me for each call, for each Bible study, whatever it may be, for each coaching interaction. It's not me. It's simply me leading you and teaching you how to fully surrender to him so that he can do the transformation and bring the healing and all and the wholeness and all of that that only he can do. And I am subject and in submission under the same design and system. Um I just had uh one of the wives inside high-level wife send me a message and she she said that she really likes a call today. Um, she said, Thanks for being open and vulnerable about what you're actively working through in your life and marriage. I think it helps me relate and connect better when you use more current examples as opposed to old examples you've learned in the past that maybe are more elusive. I said, I'm so glad, praise to God. He is always working in and through us. Thank you for sharing your heart. You are what this is all about. I'm here to serve and shepherd you, sister. And she said, Thank you. Um, and and that's the heart of it. Like, as a coach, it's really easy, especially in the worldly system of things, to rely on your own understanding, to rely on your systems, your tools, your techniques, right? To rely on all of these things that are very human-based and limited, if you will. Because I will tell you one thing I have learned from doing coaching inside high-level wife versus business coaching in the past or um health and fitness coaching, um, personal training type coaching. The the there's this huge difference, and it it echoes every time I get on a call with somebody that I am not equipped for every technicality that marriage brings, every unique but not unique struggle that presents in a way that I'm not always familiar with, and I definitely don't have experience with, um, that only the Holy Spirit working, speaking through me, is able to walk through, to sort through, to bring the truth and to wrap it in love and grace, right? And so, like, there's this huge difference because I remember, I remember, I think it was like, it was probably the third call that I had for high-level wife, not within the program. This was um, I think this was a like a clarity type call, like a discovery call with someone who was considering the program. Um, I think they were actually a referral. She was a referral from a husband inside high-level husband already. And I was speaking with her. And I tried to start this call and do this call on my own understanding of, you know, just bring in my coaching experience and um just the different tools and techniques that I have learned that I've been certified in over the years. And the Holy Spirit made it so clear within probably 30 seconds of me not starting that call in prayer, which is my go-to now. Every single call that I do, whether it's inside high-level life or it's an onboarding call with a new client or it's a discovery call with someone who is considering joining, it starts in prayer and it ends in prayer. Because me, I am limited. In the work that God is doing, first of all, it's his design of you. He created you, he knit you, he knows you. And his design for the institution of marriage, that it's all so it's not me. I didn't, I didn't make it. Okay. Um, and so within that first, or like I think it was like I said, the third call. I tried to go rogue and just do it on my own understanding. Like I would do like a business or a nutrition or wellness coach coaching call in the past. And it was very clear, very quickly, I was way in over my head, it which is how I felt. Like, I was like, God, I don't know what I've I've not experienced this personally. I don't know anyone that had like these levels of like depth of hurt and challenges is like way over my head, right? This is out of my league. This is above my pay grade, like I don't know what I'm doing here. And it was in that moment that God used that to say, This is my work, my message, my daughters, my design, my function and roles, not yours. So, and God made it very clear, I will not share my glory with you, and I will not let you take credit for the transformations that I'm going to bring. Are you, Chelsea, going to be surrendered to me at every turn through high-level wife, through this program in your own marriage? And um, I was like, Yes, please, need help. Okay. So it was in that moment that I was like, I paused this woman sharing her testimony, and I said, Hey, I realized we forgot to pray, and I can't do anything apart from the Lord. So, and if I do, it's not gonna go well, right? Um, so let me just pause you there and we will continue after I pray. And so I prayed, and and then it was amazing. Like the Holy Spirit gave me insight and understanding, and I was able to navigate through that and offer some good guidance. And anyway, so long story long, a lot of the Zoom calls that we do inside high level wife actually come from how the Lord is growing me, refining me, revealing areas he still needs to heal in me, and exposing areas he wants to prune in me, and how that plays out. And then a lot of that is what I use for the current weekly group trainings that happen inside high level wife with our community. And um it's so interesting because it wasn't my it's never my plan, it's never my message. And so I think the reason why I share this is I is I want God to get all the glory for all the transformations. You know, if you follow me on Instagram or Facebook, you know that I frequently post snapshots of real wives, real transformation, all glory to God. But I I want you to understand that I want more wives to join this program because I know the generational impact that it's making, the healing that it's bringing, the transformation that it's bringing, but it's not for my glory. It's not for my pat on the back, it's not for, oh, hey, look at how successful I am. Not at all. I am submitted to the same God, to the same framework, to the same design and order that I teach and that I help women to position themselves in that surrender. And so I want to encourage you today that if you are struggling in your marriage, well, high level wife is a great place for you to join because it's really about that discipleship and it's about doing it God's way. And it really does lead to flourishing. It truly does. But what you can do today, right now, is ask the Lord, pray the hard prayers. Because as the coach of the program, I'm I'm committed daily to praying those hard prayers, and God always answers. Um, of God, reveal to me the areas that you want to heal. Reveal to me what you're exposing that needs refinement and pruning. Reveal to me the agreements I'm trying to go back and be uh with the old man instead of walking confidently in the identity of a new creation. So that's where you can start now.
